These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern the use of the e-commerce platform available at www.limitlessbiochem.com (the “Website”) and regulate the contractual relationship between Provider Built 2020 Kft., as the operator of the Website and seller of the Goods (the “Seller”), and any natural or legal person who places an order through the Website (the “Buyer”, “Customer”, or “Consumer”). The Website and the brand are owned by Limitless Biochem LLC (the “Owner”).

Article I – Definitions

1. Seller: Provider Built 2020 Kft., a company organized under the laws of Hungary, acting in its own name and on its own account, operating the Website and offering research products for sale via the Website.

Owner: Limitless Biochem LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, being the owner of the Website, brand, and related intellectual property. The Owner is not, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the contracting seller of Goods offered through the Website.

2. Consumer: A natural person purchasing Goods through the Website for purposes not related to employment, business, or professional activity.

3. E-shop / Website: The online platform available at www.limitlessbiochem.com, owned by the Owner and operated by the Seller.

4. Goods / Products: Chemical compounds supplied exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro testing, or development purposes. Not FDA-approved, not dietary supplements, not pharmaceuticals, and not intended for human or animal use.

5. Order: An electronic submission by the Buyer expressing intent to purchase specific Goods via the Website.

6. Price: The total amount payable for Goods, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, as displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping Cost: The fee charged for delivery of Goods to the Customer’s address.

8. Terms / Agreement: This contractual document governing rights and obligations for purchases made through the Website.

Article II – Scope of Application

1. These Terms apply to all legal relationships arising from the ordering and purchase of Goods via the Website.

2. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms: (i) they have read and agree to these Terms; (ii) they are legally authorized to purchase research chemicals; (iii) they acknowledge Goods are strictly for laboratory research use only.

3. These Terms form an integral part of every purchase contract concluded electronically via the Website.

4. Any deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

Article III – Ordering Process and Contract Formation

1. The Buyer places an Order by selecting a Product, adding it to the cart, providing required billing and shipping information, and clicking “Order with payment obligation” (or similar).

2. Descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices are displayed on the Website. The Seller may correct errors in pricing or descriptions prior to acceptance.

3. Account registration is optional; if selected, a customer account is created using the provided email and password.

4. A binding contract is concluded only once the Seller sends an Order Confirmation email. Automated acknowledgments do not constitute acceptance.

5. By ordering, the Buyer declares they are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to purchase research chemicals, and understand the Products are not approved for human or animal use.

6. Before submitting an Order, the Buyer must confirm via checkbox that Products are for research use only, not for human consumption or medical use.

Article IV – Pricing and Payment Terms

1. Prices shown are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.

2. Accepted payment methods include card payments via Stripe (or other listed gateway) and bank transfer, as available on the Website.

3. Payment is due within the timeframe provided at checkout. Payment is deemed received upon credit to the Seller’s account.

4. Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Any conversion/transfer fees are borne by the Buyer.

5. All payments made by the Buyer in connection with an Order are made to the Seller, Provider Built 2020 Kft., unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

Article V – Shipping and Delivery

1. The Seller will dispatch Goods within 10 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated (e.g., back-order/pre-order).

2. Delivery is to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. Accuracy of information is the Buyer’s responsibility.

3. For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for compliance with import laws, customs clearance, and any associated duties or taxes.

4. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of Goods to the shipping carrier.

Article VI – Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

1. 14-Day Period: The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of Goods, without providing a reason.

2. Condition: Returns are accepted only for Goods that are unopened, sealed, untampered, and in original condition suitable for resale. Any opening, reconstitution, contamination, or seal break voids eligibility.

3. Procedure: The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email) within the 14-day period. Goods must be shipped back at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days from notice.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returns, the Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions: Returns are not accepted if storage instructions were not followed (e.g., temperature/light exposure) or if packaging was opened or compromised.

6. All notices regarding withdrawal, returns, refunds, complaints, and customer service must be addressed to the Seller using the contact details published on the Website.

Research Use Notice: All products offered on this Website are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic applications. By purchasing, the Buyer confirms they are qualified to handle such materials and understand applicable legal and safety obligations.

Article VII – Liability and Research Use Limitations

1. Research-only: Products are not FDA-approved and are not intended as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food additives.

2. Prohibited Uses: No administration to humans or animals; no clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application; no resale for unlawful purposes.

3. Assumption of Risk: The Buyer assumes all risks related to handling, storage, and use of research chemicals.

4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. The Seller’s aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) at issue.

5. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from claims arising from misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of Products.

Article VIII – Studied Effects & Website Information (Non-Medical Disclaimer)

Information on the Website, including references to studied biological pathways or research outcomes, is for educational purposes for qualified professionals. It does not constitute medical advice, nor is it a promotion for consumption. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Article IX – Intellectual Property

1. Texts, product descriptions, data sheets, logos, trademarks, graphics, and other content made available on the Website are the property of Limitless Biochem LLC or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.
