Research Overview

CJC-1295 with DAC is a long-acting GHRH analog based on the first 29 amino acids of human Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (Modified GRF 1-29), further modified with a maleimidopropionyl Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) linked via lysine. In experimental in vitro and in vivo systems, this design enables covalent binding to circulating albumin, markedly prolonging half-life and allowing sustained stimulation of GHRH receptors, growth hormone (GH) secretion and downstream insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) signaling under controlled laboratory conditions.
